* Independent Fan site: non-profit, fan-run website and digital archive dedicated to Hull City AFC, maintained by individual supporters. However, the website you are currently visiting is rather special. This is not our main website, and our privacy policy still applies to you, but it must be emphasized that hullcity.org.uk would be extremely dangerous in the hands of malicious groups. As a fan group, we will legally use this domain name and continue to renew it to protect the safety of fans. However, we cannot guarantee the security of our domain name manager account and whether it will fail to be renewed due to unexpected circumstances. Unless Hull City officially registers this domain name in the future, you should remain vigilant when visiting any website on this domain name, including this one.
* No Official Affiliation: The Site is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of Hull City AFC. All opinions, historical compilations, and viewpoints expressed herein are entirely independent and hold no factual or legal association with the official club.
2. User Conduct & Access Limitations *Read-Only Access: The Site provides content purely on an “As-Is” basis for public viewing. We do not provide user account registration, digital interaction, file uploading, or commercial transaction functionalities.
* Prohibited Activities: Visitors are strictly prohibited from using automated scripts, scrapers, or malicious tools to scan, infiltrate, or overload the Site. Any such attempts will result in immediate physical network blocking via our global security gateways, and we reserve the right to report malicious IP addresses to relevant cybersecurity authorities
3. Regional Compliance & Mainland China Exclusion

* The original copyrights of club historical milestones, match chronologies, and certain visual assets compiled on the Site remain the property of Hull City AFC or their respective original rights holders. The Site utilizes these materials strictly under the doctrine of “Fair Use” for the purposes of historical archiving, educational research, and non-profit fan appreciation.
* No third party may use the exclusive translated/compiled content from the Site for commercial monetization, unauthorized reproduction, or profit-driven media operations.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Site does not guarantee the absolute real-time accuracy or flawlessness of the historical data provided.
